I love Sam, and her relationship with Janet is one of my favourites. I could easily see their friendship leading to more, and I really like how they support each other in canon, and how Sam's kind of like a second mother to Cassandra. I also love how they interact with the rest of SG-1, so feel free to include them if you'd like. (Background Jack/Daniel is also fine, but please no mentions of Sam/Jack.)

Sam gets hurt/ill (on a mission or otherwise) and Janet's concern is far from purely professional. Canon or noncanon illness/injury both fine.

Their respective jobs mean that Sam's usually the one getting hurt, but this time it's Janet and Sam has to step up and take care of her. I'd be open to a Heroes fix-it if you're up for it, but any other illness/injury (canon or non-canon) is fine too.

Pike/Ash
I really like this pairing, and always want more fic for it. I love how Pike is such a genuinely good person, and how Ash is clearly damaged but still trying to do the right thing, even if he isn't always sure what that is. I also really love how the catalyst for them going from disliking and distrusting each other to basically friends is fighting a robotic squid from the future, and the potential bond formed by them being two of the only people left behind at the end. I'd love something set after Season 2 with Pike back on the Enterprise and Ash working on rebuilding Section 31, but almost anything about them would make me happy.
Hurt Ash

For the past rape type tags, I was thinking of the situation with L'Rell, but if you want to have it be Lorca being a manipulative bastard I'd be down for that too.

This one's my fix-it request. I don't care how you do it, but I want Pike's fate fixed. AU where he recovers/his injuries aren't quite as bad? Section 31 stepping in to help? Secret mission to rescue him from Talos? Time travel? Or if you want to just handwave the actual saving bit and focus on the aftermath that'd be fine too. I'd especially love a focus on his recovery (and Ash's role in it), and I'm more than fine with him still being injured/disabled/scarred, just as long as he can still move and communicate and have a relatively normal life. (And isn't spending the rest of his life on Talos, because screw that.)
I'd also love to see Pike grappling with no longer knowing his future - either because it already happened or Ash stopped it somehow - and trying to figure out what that means and/or how to deal with it. (And also realising that he has to stop throwing himself into danger because he no longer has the certainty of knowing he'll survive it.)

I like the idea of the three of them bonding over the loss of Discovery and the resulting cover up. I also really like the idea of Number One and Ash each caring a lot about Pike and coming to care about each other as well. Gen/friendship fic would be great, but if you feel like throwing in some Pike/Ash in the background please feel free.
A and B have to work together to help injured mutual loved one C, Bedside Vigils, Big Damn Rescue (with comfort), Characters A and B take care of hurt/ill Character C whom they both love, Supportive Team as Family, waiting to see if someone both characters love recovers from serious illness/injury
Pike gets hurt and Ash and Number One have to work together to help him. I'd especially love a fix-it for Pike's injuries in The Menagerie, but a more minor injury is fine too.
Hurt in the wilderness, Wilderness Survival
Ash teams up with Pike and Number One for a mission, except something goes wrong. (And Pike gets hurt, because of course he does.)

I love how supportive Kirk is of Spock, and how devoted they are to each other. I also like how he's one of the few people in Spock's life who doesn't expect him to be more human or more Vulcan or anything other than what he is, and how much Spock clearly needs and appreciates that.
Having A Difficult Relationship With A Parental Figure, Parental Issues, Unresolved childhood trauma catches up to adult character, Unsupportive Parents/Family
Spock canonically had a pretty terrible childhood, and Sarek and Amanda didn't exactly make it better, so I'd love a fic where Kirk finds out and comforts him over it.
Fandom specific DNWs: The Star Trek future being sexist/homophobic/racist/ableist, Vulcan body temperature being lower than human, Kirk knowing about Michael (it's fine if Spock thinks about her, but I'd prefer it to stay a secret), Kirk having a bad relationship with his family.
