So basically I just want to read more about Mark sciencing the shit out of stuff. There's got to be problems and issues he had that we didn't see, or ways he tried to make his situation more comfortable. I'm requesting the movie, but I've also read the book, so if you want to include anything from that, you can.

Star Trek AOS (Vulcan homosexuality)
How do Vulcans view same sex relationships? How does the destruction of Vulcan change things? I can't imagine losing about 99.999% of the population wouldn't have an effect. Do they try to work around it, so that same-sex couples adopt or donate eggs/sperm or act as surrogates, or do they expect gay Vulcans to just suck it up and do their part for the greater good? I'd love to see Spock in particular struggling with this situation, but OCs (whether male or female) or minor characters would be great too.
Gen is great, but if you want to write a pairing I like Spock/OMC, T'Pring/Uhura, T'Pring/OFC, Stonn/OMC (especially when combined with one of the T'Pring pairings), OMC/OMC, and OFC/OFC. Both Vulcan and non-Vulcan OCs are fine, as long as at least one of the pairing is Vulcan. I'm also okay with Kirk/Spock and past Spock Prime/Kirk Prime, as long as they're not the focus of the fic.
Note: I'm fine with Vulcan society being homophobic (or not, your choice), as long as humans/Starfleet aren't.

Star Trek Discovery (Pike/Ash)
I really like this pairing, and always want more fic for it. I love how Pike is such a genuinely good person, and how Ash is clearly damaged but still trying to do the right thing, even if he isn't always sure what that is. I also really love how the catalyst for them going from disliking and distrusting each other to basically friends is fighting a robotic squid from the future, and the potential bond formed by them being two of the only people left behind at the end. I'd love something set after Season 2 with Pike back on the Enterprise and Ash working on rebuilding Section 31, but almost anything about them would make me happy.

Spock&Sybok
I know a lot of people like to pretend this movie never happened, but I've always found the idea of Spock having this long lost older brother who was exiled from Vulcan for, being too emotional to be fascinating. I'd love an exploration of his relationship with Spock when they were young (in my mind he was one of the few people on Vulcan who was supportive of Spock, which made it worse when he left), or an AU where he doesn't die at the end of the film and they have to deal with everything that happened.

Note: I'm fine with mentions of Michael if it fits the story, (maybe AU!Sybok takes her along too!) but please no long "Yes, I also had a sister" explanations to Kirk or anyone else. I'd also prefer Sarek and Amanda be very much in the background, if they appear at all.
Peter Kirk
Surviving the loss of your whole family has got to be tough. I'd like to see him when he's older, entering Starfleet and trying to get out from under the shadow of his famous uncle. New Voyages has him as gay, so I'd also be interested in anything dealing with that, e.g. introducing Kirk to his boyfriend or asking Kirk/Spock for advice.

- Not all of the meetings between the head of Section 31 and the captain of the Enterprise are purely professional.
- One of them gets sick/injured on/before shore leave together, but they manage to make it work.
- Undercover on a mission together.
- Stranded on a planet together and trying to survive.
- AU - Ash brings Voq and L'Rell's son with him to Discovery instead of leaving him on Boreth. Turns out Pike is good with kids, even Klingon ones.
- Ash learns that not all captains are terrible people, Pike learns that not everyone who works for Section 31 is devoid of morals. (Past messed-up Ash/Lorca and/or Pike/Leland a bonus.)
- Ash uses his Section 31 powers to heal Pike or otherwise save him from his fate. (I'm fine with him still being injured or disabled in some ways, just as long as he can move and communicate and have a relatively normal life.)
